I had no problem staying at this beautiful loft. I guess I was "lucky" to see no homeless people...? Anyway, location is great, loft is spotless and the hot tub is awesome! Music didn't bother me, maybe my loft was well situated for that. Compare to other places I stayed, this loft is well priced. I would recommend!
We stayed at the st. Francois property. It was a beautiful property that was clean, had good amenities and comfortable. The company was easy to contact and quick to respond for our few questions. I will definitely look to stay at these properties again when I visit Quebec city in the future.
We shifted from a tiny room in the old quarter to this great two bedroom condo about a km away. A bathroom in each bedroom, a full kitchen, a table we could actually work on, a large sofa, super updated and clean. For us, it was much more comfortable for a a similar price as a one-bed tiny room in the old city.
Overall a great stay in Quebec City. The apartment was very spacious and easily accessible - a short 15 min walk to the old town area.
Excellent place to stay. Virtual check-in with frequent communication was very easy. No parking on site but was close by. Restaurants, grocery store and Old Quebec City all within walking distance. Washer/dryer in room. Everything clean and well maintained. Private terrace with hot tub was wonderful. Only complaint was that in the write up it stated the rooms had black out curtains. There were none so the rooms especially the bedrooms stayed bright all night from the lights on the outside.
Very spacious loft, functional, all in order, well located in Saint Roch neighborhood. A covered parking spot would be a must, especially in this busy neighborhood, even more so in winter when snow removal might be an issue. Other than that, very good value/quality
The unit was clean and cozy, but like most comments have mentioned it is poorly soundproofed. We were in SF100 which is right next to the front entrance, we were able to hear EVERY ENTRANCE made by every guest and even hear people talking from the streets. But other than that it’s conveniently located, about 10-15min walk to the main attractions, there’s a Metro steps away and the Italian restaurant right next is also delicious. Ps they will send you an email for online registration 1-2 days prior to your check in date, it will ask for a credit card for security deposit - you will get the passcode (for front entrance and your unit) a few hours before the check in time - we checked out on Oct 14 and received the refunded security deposit on my card today (about a week)
The location is very central with coffee shop and parking withing a few minutes of walking distance. Room was extremely zen like and clean with all you need. Coffee pot provided but bring your own coffee. Hot tub was clean and ready to use. Building is very secure with keypad entry to both the front door and your unit. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay.
